The New England Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier

an LDEl Green Tables Chapter working to strengthen all independent food systems from farm and sea to table, and participating in and offering programs and events that will unite our New England food community!

The New England Chapter is a Farm-to-Table centric chapter inspired by the LDEI Green Tables initiative created in 2005 to further the lineages between urban and rural farms and fisheries to school, restaurant, and kitchen tables in chapter communities throughout our organization.

  • Promote community health and well-being

  • Foster LDEI’s leadership in the local food movement

  • Build upon existing community food, fishery, and agriculture efforts

  • Inspire focus on the value of local farmers and enhance the use of locally-grown food

  • Share our skills and knowledge to further the local food movement and enhance public health
